Ron is a dark-skinned man in his 20s, wearing thick short dreads with Pokéball beads, as well as a multicolor t-shirt, shorts and sneakers just like his sister.

Ron is of similar average build like Lilia, however he is slightly taller than her.

=== Biography ===
Ron moves in with his sister Lilia to Elser Town as their first stop - they're both welcomed by their friend [[Lisa]], in a small house. They settle down here and prepare for their first day at the [[Infer Academy]] where they have been enrolled.

Both him and Lilia are assigned to [[Professor Nia]]'s research group, with their main tasks involving collecting information on Pokémon in Infer, as well as a strange evolutionary ability mentioned in various textbooks, similar to that of Kalos' [//bulbapedia.bulbagarden.net/wiki/Mega_Evolution Mega Evolution].

His and Lilia's home region goes largely unmentioned, besides loose descriptions of it being ''"quite far away from Infer"''.

Ron tends to overestimate his strength, and takes loss badly. Despite his initial competitiveness, he grows over time to respect the player as a trainer and as a role model.

During the battle against [[Crimsoil]] / [[Zeedrak]], if the player's last Pokémon's HP is below 1/5th its full amount, he will lend you a [[Quick Powder]] to let you move twice in the same turn, but only once.

== Trivia ==

* Ron went through a redesign early on, in order to showcase the protagonist's mature age compared to others, as well as a color palette change to blue from green.
* When player chooses to play as Lilia, after accessing Hall of Fame, Ron congratulates the player, and mentions his plans to become a Fighting-type Gym Leader, however in none of the new battle facilities is he present as a Fighting-type trainer, nor does he replace [[Rob]] as the region's Gym Leader.
